Rushy decided catching  small codling was starting to get a bit tedious, so he and SteveG decided on a bit of road trip to try and find a better fish. The first choice to make was whether to go North to Cumbria or South to the Mersey :think: as they had  fished Bootle (Cumbria) the other evening we decided on a trip to the Mersey for a change…full story HERE

They were all over, so not a problem getting loads to freeze down and some to keep till they pop. After that they headed to Dinas

Big Kev,Mike B,Dinglecodcatcher (Ian),Riffer,Loan Angler,Richie,Bucky fished either side of low from the beach by the radar….recent catches in the river had tailed off a bit,particularly for whiting,but this mark usually throws up a decent fish or two and that`s how it panned out.FULL REPORT HERE

The plan was for rushy  to go saturday when it was nice and calm and sunny, but with pesky xmas shopping getting in the way (bah humbug!) it had to be rescheduled for Sunday morning instead.
