Very easy access low water mark

Hi,

I'm looking for a very easy access low water mark with facilities (loo) near so I can take my mum fishing in the next few days, does anyone know of anywhere that may fit the bill? Sort of 50 yards tops from the car type thing.

what about t-groin ? though it's a few hundred yard to the loo.

Llandudno pier might be a safe bet. Can't think of anywhere with a loo that has such a small tidal range for it to be 50yards out.

A high water mark but 1st place that springs to mind is Crosby Coast guard station. You'll probably be bored sh!tless so you wont need to use the public loos in the car park.

yer the pier is an option I suppose, we fancy having a go for a plaice but the tides this week are lows and tbh with a fussed spine anything long for a walk is well out as another disc is on the way out.

Cod corner? You can use the loos in the ferry terminal.

Fished it over low once and it was sheite. I'd recommend fishing up to high but then this pic is from a low water session:

Makes no difference if the boat was anchored just out of frame to the right.

nice fish.

i am off to llandudno pier tomorow. i like that venue because you can use the cafe's toilet. its just a couple of hundres metres from the carpark.along the pier. literally 75 foot from were your going to be fishing.

hope this helps i will let you know what it fishes like.
