info on town hall steps at low

please can i have advice on fishing town hall steps over low?

Same type of fishing as Vale Park/Perch Rock....you can`t get out on the bank as soon though as the water is deeper there and takes a lot longer to clear...prob 2 hours before low..

If you park at the Eggy Ferry pub.walk down the slipway but don`t walk straight down to the water from there as it`s pretty muddy in the area around the groyne....walk along the top of the beach for 100yds then go out and you`ll be fine.

thanks for that kev, i was going to fish perch rock to night but i would have got blown off, so i was looking for a more shelltered venue like town hall steps but i wasnt sure on the size of tide needed to fish it, [ heard talk of a gully and wondered if i needed waders, which i didnt fancy using at night] then the wind got much worse so i stayed at home.
