Caernarfon by the golf coarse

Fishing there next week.

Anybody fished it? Tips? Expected species? Bait? Etc.

hi i fish there some times for the bass if you go down by the boat yard and see if there is any peeler /softy crabs first not many about now
then go back to the golf coarse and fish it 1 1/2 down 1 1/2 up till the weed starts and its like footballs on the line
use a flowing trace about 3 /4 foot long
i had a 2 lb 10 oz 2 weeks ago good luck
