Any body ever fish NEW FERRY

As anybody ever fish New ferry at the little jetty in front of the pumping station end of new ferry rd. Looks a good spot never fished there myself ?..

Live 2 mins away from there mate and saw a guy fishing there once.......with ham as bait
Its very flat and ive no doubt with some peeler you would get Dabs/Flounders,ive always wanted
to walk right out there at low water to see if it was fishable but there seems to be a lot of
Buoys and mooring ropes that would hinder your fishing area etc etc

You can fish off the rocks further up river. Only tried twice but I think there's better place to go unless someone knows better?

Me and our liam walked right along to there
From the slip spud,we could only get so far
And it went seriously boggy and ended up
Climbing up the hill by the shorefields,I could see
The point in the distance with the green light on but not
Sure how to get there from the back,looks good though.
