Yes it`s legal...we`ve had to stop fishing in matches at Vale Park over low water as they came so close.

Utter disgrace ocean going trawlers in an estuary that's a natural nursery there's a million square miles of fishing around our cost and they have to plough a 1 mile wide river with aquatic ploughs
