The first hour and a half was quiet with Dave Roberts landing a dab of 29cm then just before h.w Dale Edwards was into a hound which put up a decent scrap but he managed to land a nice hound of 92 cm .
The benchmark had been set but it was not long till Rob Turner was into a good hound which he landed and all eyes were on the measure just beating Dales hound at 94cm .
It seemed the hounds were on the feed Chris James was next with a hound of 93cm followed by myself with a 79cm hound Jordan managed a dab of 26cm but could'nt find a hound then further down Jeff white had a nice hound 89cm and Dyl had a hound of 80cm and Ava had a cracking Plaice of 34cm.
So with just under an hour to go everyone was looking for a second fish Rob Turner as first with a hound of 89cm followed closely by Chris James then dyl had a dab on his last cast. followed by Dave lunt who got on the score card with another nice hound of 91 cm.
So as 2 O,clock approached everyone was looking for a fish All in was called and we all made are way back to the car park it was going to be a close result.
While the cards came in and the results worked out we all had an ice lolly which i managed to keep frozen in my 12v freezer which was good as it was a warm day.

1st Chris James 2 fish for 185cm 11 points £35
2nd Rob Turner 2 fish for 181cm 10 points £20
3rd Dylan kensal 2 fish for 101cm 9 points £15
4th Dale Edwards 1 fish for 92cm 8 points
5th Dave Lunt 1 fish for 91cm 7 points
6th Jeff White 1 fish for 89cm 6 points
7th Mark Davies 1 fish fir 79cm 5 points
8th Ava Kensal 1 fish for 34cm 4 points
9th Dave Roberts 1 fish for 29cm 3 points
10th Jordan Roberts 1 fish for 26 cm 2 points
11th mike Bishton, Dave Radclife , Steve Duffy, Gary Swift all getting 1 point
Longest fish went to Rob Turner with his hound of 94cm £14
And Ava Kensal took the lead in the longest plaice pool with her cracking plaice of 34 cm
