We armed with maggots, pinkies and casters. (wanted to buy worms but I am very tight...
) I keep my 6M out fishing style and fish on the track and managed this at the start of the session.
Don't mind to catch more at the match but not pleasure fishing.
I was catching "alright" with little perch and roach, also managed my PB bream with maggot which I was so happy. Didn't weigh it but should be heavier than 2lb7oz.
Mathew switched between the track and the far bank where he managed the better stamp of perch and roach.
The bites fade as the sun is high up in the sky and we called it a day.
