Yeah they should be fine on this weekends tides......if you sail at 6am you`ll be fishing the best possible times at the Waterloo...if there`s any cod in the river they`ll be there

Uptide Rig:

Needed:
Silocone Tube
1 Zip Slider
Beads
2/0 hook (or bigger)
5/0 Hook
Swivel

Tie the swivel to some heavy mono (30 - 50lb) about 12 inches, add then add a bead, zip slider then another bead, tie another swivel at the end, then tie on the hook link (i use 25lb) cut a small bit of the tube and slide up the line, add your smaller hook then tie on the larger hook at the end.
set the distance of the top hook by using the silocone tubing to stop hook sliding down (you can also wrap the line around it a few times), load up the bait and use elastic to help secure, then you hook the bait onto the lead grips just before you cast.

all the gear as described above but dont bother to set the rod up, just sit in the cabin talking to the skipper, maybe have a little kip now and again
