Where is the 'blue bridge' please ? Plaice / flounder venue I hear. Any local knowledge / advice / info ?

i is sure you is asking about the blue bridge that is in rhyl.cross it and you in towyn very good for flat fish fish both sides but top mark would be over to the towyn side fishing into the harbour

There is a high tide mark at Fleetwood on Jubilee Quay where there is a blue bridge you walk over. It is by the Ro-Ro terminal and used to be a popular spot for flounders and eels (on crab) when there was unlimited access to that area (many years ago!) I think you can still get access there now though-from either end of the quay. Shortest walk is from the big car park next to the Ferry cafe area. It has never fished for plaice though-better on Knott End side for them. Total Sea Fishing's Dave Barham once did a picture feature there with Karl from "Mr Discount"-maybe that's where you've seen it.

There is also the Blue Bridge in Queensferry which can produce good numbers of Flounder.
