The popular marks are on the headlands to the right of the car park,but if you want to target big conger,then there`s a superb mark about 1/4 mile to the left.Follow the steps down towards the beach then head left along the path adjacent to the sea...go as far as you can then there`s a bit of a tricky climb down,so travel light

once you`re down by the sea,there`s a huge flat platform to fish from

the conger spot where we fished is a small bay just at the left end of the platform.Launch your baits a good 3yds out and wait for the fireworks to start

To get there,follow the road to Beaumaris (passing ABC Tackle)..keep going ahead then turn left for Llandonna...follow this road until you come to a steep hill..on the other side of the hill,you`ll see a road on your right,just after a small post box on the wall..turn right then take your next left...follow this ever narrowing road to the national trust car park.(this road really is narrow so take it easy)
Tackle should naturally be heavy,as there`s some monster eels down there :twisted: big mack/squid baits will do the trick

Hooked some Ray,but could`nt do much with them :twisted:

A bit of a warning, we fished on small tides, a big tide may push you right back to the cliff face making yer retreat a tad difficult. Best stick to tides 9m (Liverpool) and under to be on the safe side.
