At the car park at the bottom of Lifeboat Rd,no later than 8am...i`ll be there for 7.45am...in summer there`s a parking fee of ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£3.50,though i doubt the "man" will be there at that time,and if he is i tell him i`m going for bait for an hour and they don`t bother...

Come off the A565 Formby By Pass at the roundabout after the Red Squirrel pub...follow to a mini roundabout just after a shell garage then turn left on to Raven Meols Lane..follow that all the way to the bottom and go straight over on to Lifeboat Rd.

A good session was had this morning...myself,Dave W,Paul Tucker,Mick,Lesisac,Kieran and his dad got some nice linfords

It`s just practice practice practice from now on for the new lads,and they`ll soon be filling their buckets

You did well on your first attempt Kieran...brand new pumps need wearing in a bit before they work properly,but you were getting the hang of using it

Keep practising and you`ll be laughing.....you`ll need to get your dad to buy you a Tiga for pumping in the dark

me and pete are going out again tonight for more razors and another go at pumping, as dave took all the lug last night.
meeting the same place as last night, not the main carpark at leasowe, but the second one with the yellow gate. 7.45pm
if you missed out last night, this might be the last good tide for a while, so make the most of it.

Don`t go in on such a sharp angle with your pump...you looked to be crossing the burrow too much

Really enjoyed the lug pumping this morning Kev, thanks a lot. I'm having to type this message with my nose, by the way, 'cos I can't feel my arms

Got 40 decent worms wrapped up. I counted the ones I got, which amounted to a whopping 8, so thanks to you for the other 32

Mind you, I'm working on the principle that you double the amount you catch each session. So by my 6th session I'll be knocking out 250 plus

So glad I had that shave this morning

it so good to hear you lads having a good day pumping lug keep practicing and you never need buy your bait again well done kev good turn out there for a change seems like they all want to learn .
