Reliable sole marks?

With Brom dock looking well and truly out of bounds now, anyone know from experience of any sole marks where there's a good chance of their appearance around this time of year and onwards? If so, please advise on best tactics to use when targeting this species at the particular venue.

Any help with this would be really appreciated but please bear in mind, I find lurking around after reports of one off flukey catches to be a slow and painful business

Never fished Jobs Ferry before but from what I recall the ground like a rock garden, not sure whether our flat fiends would be too keen on the area, what do you think?
