Match fishing venue Flint?

Post by seajunky »

Hi all

I have been told of a match fishing venue not far from Pentre Halkyn. Does anybody fish it? also do they hold open matches?

I can,t remember the name of it but there is a fishery on the road from pentre halkyn to holywell, it,s about halfway between billy-jeans cafe and the petrol station , you turn off the road and go down a lane to it , I think theres a sign

Hi mate

It's the papermill up the papermill lane, you can get a yearly ticket @ flintshire tackle. It's a deep venue, full of bream and silvers, the odd carp. It's approx 3 acres and has 28 + pegs. If you need more info pm because I fish the matches reguarly
