Whats the smallest tide you can reasonably expect to get enough lug at Formby. Thinking of going out today but tide may be too small?

You can get yellow tails on 2,8m tides,providing there is`nt too strong an onshore wind,but there`s plenty of blow lug to pump on the smaller tides.
