After not touching a coarse rod for 18 months since coming over to the dark side of sea fishing 
, a couple of recent cr*p sessions, including one on the Alt at Hightown on Thursday night had me reaching for a new spinning outfit (untouched for 18 months) when I got a short pass out last night. With over 40 years fishing the cut I was straight back into it and within 15 minutes had this little beauty on which gave a cracking account of itself with a few nice runs, putting a bend in the rod and setting the clutch running.
Still prefer the buzz from sea fishing but won't neglect my coarse fishing so much in future
