Dream Session At Harrison Drive

I`ve got a smile as wide as the Mersey Tunnel after this evenings session 
The tide was pretty slow getting out,with the onshore breeze,but i eventually got to the mark at 7.40pm 
The sun was shining on a lovely evening
A couple of weeks ago,i posted about certain rods being lucky or unlucky....my Shadow has done nothing for me,so tonight i got my trusty TDXS down from the loft,and she never let me down
Second chuck,and after a couple of nods,my rod was bending round and it was not stopping
...after a nice fight,this cracking common smooth hound was beached
She took my scales to just over the 10lb mark ...pity they`re not digital,as the records require 
I baited up again with rag/crab cocktails and launched them out.....time for a ciggy to celebrate,but did`nt get time to smoke it,as the rod was being hammered again
This time it was a lovely Starry fella who could`nt resist the bait
She weighed just on 8lb,and fought like a demon
The baits were only in the water for 5 mins,and the rod was bending again
Another Starry of 7lb ...thought it was bigger,but i had a dab as well 
When you think things can`t get any better,the same tell tale tap tap then rip the rod round....another Starry just over 7lb
All of the smoothies came on consecutive casts,within the last hour before low,and all took rag/crab cocktails
