is there a best time befor low water to go pump lug at derby pool

If you just want blow lug you can pump as soon as most of the water has left the sand.It is very flat so it empty's out very quickly.If you want to go searching for blacklug you can walkout towards low water about 90 minutes before low water.Big low water tides are best for black lug.
