So Mar 29. Does that mean i can travel the 20 mile or so to fish Perch Rock etc?

I don`t want to fish the Mersey area myself,but that will have to do for now.winter fishing sucks

Too late for Arbroath now, will have to wait until December 
Even just getting out and blanking is better than stuck at home, on holiday, with nowhere to go
