The site has a match on Sunday at Perch Rock / good luck to all that turn up and fish
looking at the weather and tide size ? think my best option will be staying local and do some moving around fishing light for the bass on Saturday or Sunday OR both
Think any ray fishing will be busy at the likes of vale due too the match at perch / tide bit small for the hounds on the rock channel .

Well I have decided where and when ? will be fishing the Hoyle .
Have my gear all ready and bait rag/blow lug/ frozen black and squid.
Me and my brother will take advantage of the stronger wind during the morning high water So start time will be around 6AM and fish dead high and the ebbing tide .

Blanked on the Ribble for only the 2nd time...4 of us couldn't buy a bite and no-one I spoke to on the walk back had anything....maybe they came on after dark
