Preview Round 9 Maddocks Bank Sun 19th

This is a venue i`ve never fished before,which probably tells it`s own story 
We will be fishing from the sand,anywhere in between the Eggy Ferry groyne and the Maddocks Rd groyne,so plenty of room. All i can say is i expect it to fish better than Kingslake on the flood,with whiting n dabs the most likely catches,with the chance of flounder and codling.
Booking on will be at the bottom of Maddock Rd from 1.15pm til 1.45pm with the fishing from 2.15pm to 6.15pm (low water 5.20pm)... Ch44 0HN

It might be better to park in Maddocks Road.I would expect the parking to be chocker at the Ferry with all the Sunday diners.
i concur at that time of day.

Seen a few reports about the river looks like ther could b a few rays knocking about
