Fished this stretch this morning (Saturday).not a bite ,bait coming back untouched -fresh lug ,mackerel ,&squid.tried a variety of rigs /hooks -all to no avail !.
Two other guys on the riversdale rd stretch also blanked .
Not the most exciting of reports ,I know ,but at least it gives everyone who’s planning a session a bit of food for thought .good luck folks

We can all relate to fishing sessions like this / at times fishing is very frustrating for us all .
Weather is not helping anyone at the moment . rain / sun / strong winds / quick change in direction / thunder.

Am looking for a nice bit of a gap with some decent conditions for my next session.

Thanks Brian ,got a 10 day break in west Cumbria coming up at the end of the month .looking forward to a few sessions up there ,that’s for sure .cheers ,Mick
