Small eye ray session 3

Post by Local/Brian »

Fished Rhosneiger .
Because that had the best conditions on the night from the other 4 venues I fish for Small eye ray.

On arrival surf and conditions were good but it soon went down hill / Because the surf built up as predicted but what I could not control was how far the swell pushed the waves up the beach  As it started dragging the old weed deposited from the last storms back into the water line .
making the fishing very hard work  I had no choice but drop down to 1 rod and keep moving up and down the beach looking for spots where the weed had been dragged out and the tide flow cleared it . Some pictures of a very hard working fishing session.

Still enjoyed the session love being out all night on such lovely beaches just fishing.
Back to some more local fishing for a while now / at the low water Mersey spots and New Brighton again low water fishing.

Cheers Brian.
