I decided against Rossall after pumping the lug,as i could`nt be bothered driving all that way through the rush hour traffic
In a moment of weakness,i ventured to Mariners Wharf, but after 5 mins looking at the noddy`s present,i just could`nt bring myself to get my gear out
the thought of sitting in was`nt very inviting,so i went to that well known cod hot spot,Hall Rd,and as you can see,it did`nt disappoint
i`ll be back tomorrow night

It`s a fair cop
the whiting were mine, but the codling belonged to the lad fishing next to me
he had 2 rods out and got both fish 1/2 hour before high....1 rod cast short in the gully and 1 rod by the lollipop...they were bouncing at the same time
i had a couple of big cod knocks which just pulled my top pennel hook right down
i`ll get them tonight
Stu,i`m going pumping again this afternoon, for me and Sven,so i`ll have to wait and see how many i can get....i`ll let you know later, but i won`t be back til around 5.30pm
