A pretty quiet day on the bank,due to the easterly breeze and too much rain water in the river....well that`s my excuse anyway

The codlets were still hungry

Microwaved lug still sits up well,even after 15 mins in the water

It`s a new record Well we`ve got to start somewhere

A nice plaice of 32cm and 12oz

On the point of microwaved frozen lug....i pumped 100 worms last week,and selected only the thickest ones for freezing.(21 in all)These were wrapped after pumping,then re-wrapped in fresh newspaper on the following day,before placing in the freezer.I have an 800w micro,and 2 1/2 mins on full blast results in spot on worms,which hold up on the hook,just like fresh worms

No keeeebab and it was a bit nippy you always feel it more when the fishing`s quiet ooh err missus

ok i is bored out my skin will be going fishing down to the alt just to wet my line and get out the house for a few hours be there round about 2.30 3pm any one comming wil cya there now going to microwave me lug
