The Fishermans Net

Pretty disappointing session today We started at Harrison Drive,and the weather was a bit gloomy
Remember this fella

The one and only Runcorn Rocket (even though he lives in Wales now )

Dabs were on the menu again

They took a liking to the crabs we collected earlier on

Lee has`nt forgot how to catch fish


We had nothing but dabs,and after a brekky and a coffee at Moreton Angling,we got set up at the Alt

At least the sun came out for us

The fishing was pretty poor with only 5 flounders for me,and Lee had 1 plus an eel

Lee is a top chef

As they say,a bad day`s fishing is better than a good day at work,and it was nice to see Lee again.....hopefully he can make it to the fishing race next weekend

It was great to get out again, and cheers kev for a good time, you know how to treat a boy really enjoyed today even though the fishing didnt follow recent reports!!! I will be at the fishing race next weekend so you better all watch out as the lymm angling junior team captain (a few years ago now!) is going to be out for victory see ya all next weekend
