Red Wharf Bay, Anglesey

Tried to fish cable bay, far too windy so we moved to other side of island, Red Wharf Bay, fished last hour of the incomin tide, a few small bites, nothing conected, had one good bite, left it, had another good knock, struck the rod, felt heavy, 15mins of fighting and brought in 4.5lb 23inch long salmon. We think. can anyone confirm.

It`ll be a sea trout Paul....just been talking about them on one of the Welsh sites 
You say you got it in the Straits at Red Wharf Bay......Red Wharf is round the other side of the island by Bellech
