Fishing was very slow and so unfortable then I changed the peg to right of Mathew.
I hooked something heavy right after 15min, the fish gave a good test on my Maver 12-20 elastic and my drennan top kit. That one is not the biggest but is the strongtest fighter I've ever met! My elastic screamed out and although I put my pole in the water at an angle, it just didn't stop and kept pulling. I felt my elastic was like 20M out, really strechy elastic!
. I just dipped my pole deeply in the water and said :" you mather bugger PLEASE.... stop!" then it swam back towards me and landed after several min.

most beautiful one of the day and my PB, dunno how heavy though.
I caught steadily thru out the session with 5 good size carps around 8lb+ and 15 more carps to 5 lbs and 3 tenchs.
Mathew was trying hard all day close in and his peg was hot at the final hrs! A few double figure carps visted his feet, it's that close! His elastic streched all over the kale and quailty fish were landed!

We'll back there when there's less windy as that fishery is not well sheltered, hopefully will get a bigger weight as the bait presentation will be be much better!
