Well it was a real slow start, The weather was fine and the wind was at a minimum.
I had used most of my bait, and I said it was my last cast before I caught,

And that was only a tiny dab

.
I was about to chuck it in, and Sy offered me some of his bait to have another go, thats when the triple came
I was still a bit miffed,

as I thought I had something real nice on the end of my line? Only to find that I was dragging Sy's weight and three Dabs in tow.
Fishing the light didnt bring much joy, but as soon as dusk came, then the bites came like they had'nt before. We spent a lot of time watching and envying the lads on the rock channel and wishing we had waders to join them.
"GOTTA GET ME A PAIR OF THOSE

"
It was only when we moved further to the right of the T groin, that we started to get bites and fish, maybe it was a bit too shallow where we were first casting out? but then you lot who fish around here all the time could probaly verify that.
Hat's off to Sy, he did put in a good effort, and if the truth be known? he probaly would have stayed longer

cos no one likes to go home fishless

But it happens to us all, (especialy me

) I just got lucky,. and brought the score to 2 all

(Had to chuck that one in Sy

)
As for myself, it was good to fish a venue that I had not been to before, and fish at night, most enjoyable

. (towards the end, I may add)
.........But the old saying is?
"A bad day's fishing, is better than a good day's work." Sy must have had a brilliant day's work
Next time matey? I know,

But just think Sy

If you hadn't coaxed me with your spare bait, you may well have kicked my butt

Anyway thats my version of the report, it's a shame Mart and a few of you wasn't there, even if to only take the pish:( but maybe next time

, or even a trip further a field for us less experienced anglers

Because it's from you more skilled anglers, we the less experinced, learn and gain knowlege from you;)
Thanks
L8ERS LADS
