high to low

got a pass out this friday but can only get the mersey just on high water . where do you reckon's the best place to fish from high down to low.

Maybe town hall area, ending up on bank 3 hours before low

You might be better off fishing town hall steps
over high small whiting ,codling,and dabs with worm
moving over to Perch Rock 2.1/2 hrs before low
bigger whiting codling on worm and fish baits
depending on pull you might get 4 hours
