brom wall

as you know im going to brom wall in a few hours and last week i bought some frozen lug from the fishing shop in tramier (not sure how to spell it) well its the carp est stuff ever dont have a clue how im going to catch on it

I already studied your venue report Kev, some great info on there I know. It's just that I lost a shed load of tackle last week at another venue and don't want another repeat of this if I can help it. Never seen the ground at Brom low water before, its new to me and won't get chance to survey between now and tomorrow.

My post was directed at Jack....there`s questions he does`nt need to ask. You`ll rarely lose any tackle at Brom....muddy bottom except for the finger of small rocks running out directly from the bottom of the path.

... THERE IS NO WALL OR RAILINGS MAKING IT UNSUITABLE FOR YOUNGER ANGLERS....THE PICTURE MIGHT GIVE YOU A CLUE TOO.

yea i met you it was carp mike my partner today foul hooked a micro codling and some nice fella gave me a full wrape of lug and mike gave me a full box of squid so i came back with more bait than i went with

it was nice to match up names to pics in only seen behn and flagen (i kinda didnt see his face as the had his head torch or and pointing right in may face i dont think i was missing anything anyway ) i also met somebody else but i cant remember there name SORRY

all in all a poor sesion this is the only time i have blanked when sea fishing (i have only been obout 5 6 or 7 times cant remember )

Sorry, don't think that was me. I was the one blanking with two rods out, just to right of where all that fresh water was pi-$$-ing into river from the outflow - this can't have helped much with the fishing (my excuse for today)

Just like to say, was good to meet a few of the lads for first time and even though I was stood bang in middle of someone else's club match, everyone made me feel very welcome
