Harrison Drive Low Water

Thinking of fishing to the right of the T-Groyne at low water. Any advice on times before and aftger low water.

Plus any advice in general is welcome
2009 Fish: Dab, Codling, Whiting, Plaice, Bass, Red Gurnard
2010 Fish: Whiting, Codling, Plaice, Flounder, Red Gurrnard, Lesser Weaver,Mackerel

only advice iv got. Is never fish with me, cos YOU will catch ordinary all.
Am not new to sea fishing now, but am still carp

The fish feed well on the first hour of the flood...fish as close as poss to the post to the right of the groyne....bit muddy underfoot but usually worh it ;)
winter fishing sucks
