..blame the wife, anytime theres any spare money its either wall paper. paint or a new dress
.so iv been puttin £ away on the quiet .So off i went to taskers sports cos its literelly at the end off my road and started off lookin at reels cos iv got 2 decent rods but only 1 decent reel.
But could not see anything decent so just started wandering around the shop and came across a bargain.
It was a Ron thompson evo concept 14ft rod.
but thats not all there was also a okuma electron ELC-165 reel thrown in.
all for the great price of £30 in my eyes that was a bargain i know people may think iv been ripped off but am happy
So i still had £30 so i stocked up on shock leader, weights, line and a good few various ready made rigs
I still had £15 left so thought id go to B&Q to pick a cheap tool box to keep everything and got a nice cheap one for £7 so with the remainder i went back to taskers and bought some frozen mack,squid and frozen crab.
Happy days alls i need now is a day or night of fishing.
