The original footpath to the mark (at the end of Dock Road South) has recently been completely fenced off. Not even a gap to squeeze through. However if you go further back towards Eastham down Riverbank Road (off Thermal Road) to by McTays you'll spot a red funnel and a builders yard. There is a entrance to the wall by a large gate. The gate may be locked but the entrance cannot be. If you walk the 200 yards or so you can get to the wall and walk along it until you find the mark you want. I have fished high tide there on 8m plus and pulled in lots of small whiting and a dab.Hope this helps
