Wow I'm actually off work again! Is this the beach with all those statues on? And secondly you say the big catsers will reach the second gulley at hall road, how fars that roughly?

Yes it is the beach with the lumps of scrap iron.Not sure on the gulley distance,but it will probably be over a 100 yards.

The smaller tides will see me on Seaforth Rocks so i`m left with spring tides to work with....as i do not want to fish the proms on Wirral nor do i fancy the low water marks over there i will be doing a 2 part meet on the proper side of the river....
Part 1 will be either side of low water from the beach by SEAFORTH RADAR TOWER
A large keeeebab will follow en route to Part 2 at HALL ROAD for the flood.
Low water at Seaforth is 4.25pm so we will be fishing from 3.30pm til 6pm...chippy tea then fish Hall Rd from 7.30pm til 10.30pm (high water 10pm)....the low water session involves a 10 min walk to reach the beach.....the flood session will see us start on the beach but get pushed up on to the prom about 2 hours before high water. I realise it`s not the usual type of meet as it involves a bit of effort to get to plus it will be mainly in darkness but at the end of the day i want to catch fish

I'm up for it. Keep well to the right when walking out on the beach near the radar. The mud there can easily be deeper than a wellie. I nearly came unstuck (or stuck) last time I was there
