Heysham/Morecambe Saturday

I have to go to Morecambe tomorrow. I have never fished the area before, but it looks like around a 7m tide with high water about 1700 hrs. Any thoughts on whether it's worth a cast and where would be appreciated. I reckon I could have a line in the water by about 1430 hrs if my business is done.....................is it worth a go?

one of the best marks at heysham is throbshire point best fished on smaller tides this weekend is ideal you fish from the rocky outcrops so anything more than a 20mph wind is not advised there is parking quite close by and early plaice and flounders are already showing also a good mark for early bass as well....

As it happens, I fished the spot mentioned, then came home and read the post. Some small flatties and whiting around but no table fish
