Evening all,
I have done a few sessions around Whitby lately fishing off cliffs and had cod to 7lb. Mussels seem to be popular bait around that way so i fancy giving them a go.
Is there anywhere around the Mersey coast that has some decent size mussles? hoping to get a couple of kgs shelled and whipped this weekend.

At low water check out the support legs on Seacombe Ferry.Hanging there like clusters of Farmers
