Ians first Lure session

Ian had been wanting to get out for a while with all his shiny new lure gear and had asked me to take him to a local lake to show him the ropes.

I'm a quick mover and only stay for a few casts in each swim before moving on while Ian seemed to just settle in and thrash the water to a foam so when he announced he was into a fish I was the other side of the lake. Cue some cross country running but he was made up. I talked him through what to do and this fella was soon on the bank.



He would have been happy just to get out and give his gear ago but the fish was a welcome bonus. We fished for about a hour and then the rain started to get heavy so we sacked it.

Think I've got nearly every shallow diver you've listed. Just a few more deep diving and il be done near enough ohhh and yes it does get expensive. I'm hooked already
