South/South Westerly can be bad at Ty Croes so you might be better looking on the North side of the island or in the Straights.

check the weather and wind direction / look at a map or map reports section and look for a beach that will give shelter from the wind if its to strong ? / plus if its huss you are after by going to ty-croes you are driving past a lot of venues where you can catch them just find a beach with mixed sand and stone bottom or a broken ground area with large boulders and weed ?

Head into the storm, the bass will be crawling up the rods at Rhosneiger, as will the sea weed but got to be in it to win it, you sandeel and rag wont be wasted there 8)

The marks on the llyn are more reliable for huss Ive found.
