Pensarn, Llandulas or Rhos?

The Ball 'n' Chain's away next week, so I've decided to take off to the Colwyn Bay area for a couple of sessions midweek. Looking at the wind forecasts, I dunno whether to go for the relatively sheltered Rhos on sea; or to face the blow?
Your thoughts are welcome......including tips

I've been out fishing from Deganwy to Prestatyn this last 3 weeks including the 3 spots listed. Nothing much showing at all just micro whiting Kinmel bay isn't producing anything either at the back of Asda

Splash point in Rhyl has produced a few small Codo but it's very hit and miss at the moment and be very careful of the galleys filling in behind you if fishing low water at the last to marks mentioned the beaches have changed over the last few weeks with the storms I very nearly got caught out on Kinmel bay a beach I've fished very regular the last 12 months.

You will have more sport over on Anglesey around Tred bay or bull bay according to the lads I've been speaking to over there

Never done well down at Rhos but I heard someone caught a Bass there once, I forget how the story goes

Just had a quick look at the forecast and It looks good, could be a little weedy though but there will be plenty of colour and food in the water to bring the fish in. Take a bucket theres a good chance there will be some razors washed up

If your up for a drive itll be worth a shot at Ty Croes and Cable bay for the rays if the sea is un-fishable on the north coast.

Stop Press:

I'm saving on petrol money by taking Gilly's advice; I still haven't tried all the marks here yet, and, as I'm a lone wolf and a noob, I want to sharpen my technique and beach sense here before venturing onto shifting sands.

That's not to say that your advice on the Welsh marks is wasted: I WILL be visiting some of them this year, especially on the island.

The money saved on fuel will pay for more bait, and I'll be trying Harrison and Perch rock this week (and maybe Tunnel Vents, too).
