Mackerel bashing

Hi all I want to take my 4 year old mackerel fishing well he wants me to take him and was just wondering a good and safe place for me to take him. I don't mind traveling anywhere along the coast from liverpool to anglsea thank you as always any advice would greatly appreciated. O and good match at Harrison drive to day thank God the fish turned up for most of us.

They've been caught off Llandudno today, Jimmy- North Shore or the Pier

As above what Greg said the pier is a good safe place to take the kids you dont even need to cast, lower your weight to the bottom off the side reel in once or twice so your weights around 2ft off the bottom and just a case of lifting up and down

Casting out also works like, ive had gurnard,pollock,sand eel and macky on feathers there

But also you have the mini species to keep the little one busy or float fishing over low for Pollock
