has any one ever fished little eye or red rocks in west kirby or is it a no go area...thanks lee

I don't think you are allowed to fish off any of the 3 islands.I used to fish off Red Rocks years ago.As long as its a 8 mt tide or less you can stay on the rocks.You will be cut off for an hour or two but the tide runs off quickly.
