Had an umbilical hernia done in October , I was pretty good and back to normal after 5 weeks

Low down near the nethers mate, I,ve got terrible tender bowlen swalls and loads of other weird pains but I cant drive for a month and cant chuck out 4 oz leads for 6 weeks. This is my second go at this so I wont be taking any chances
