Pensarn HW, Conway LW, HB HW + LW, Amlwch LW

Pensarn high on drop blank.
Conway first cast Silver Eel.
Rhosnighr morning cast for three goes and didn't hook much but weed.
Next day solo Wrasse fishing till 12:30am. Few Ballans and Corwing showed.
Next morning Ste calls me at 6:30am he's 7mins from Holyhead. So I wake up and we get to the breakwater.

Ste had a decent Ballan after it

Then I ticked another new species for me a Goldsinny Wrasse on the size 12 hook




Tompot Blenny on the big rod



A large Black Goby for Ste Atkinson


Ragworm top up and more frozen baits and a pint of Johnsmiths


Ste was first in and had a belter Long Spined Sea Scorpion




Then I hooked into a Corkwing Wrasse


Then Ste cast where I suggested towards the rocks and first chuck there a Ballan Wrasse within seconds of it being in at range


I hooked into one of the biggest snags I've ever encountered 5 kelp weeds and 3 leads and multiple rigs

Then we went off to get some supplies and back to HB

3rd chuck a nice Ballan Wrasse for me on a red ball lead I found on my way on to the peg



Then the night came in very swiftly and we were straight into the odd dogfish
We sat it out with not many bites and then I finally had a take on my 5/0 circles rig resulting in the target species a baby Huss





And then it was off to sleep after a southern fried chicken sandwich
