Round 3 preview
Sunday the 8th of June talacre fishing 1.00 till 6.00
This Sunday see's making our first trip to talacre we will meet up from 11.00 and aim to walk out about 12.00 and fishing from 1.00 .
The boundaries will be from level with the end of the sand dunes to as far right as you want to walk.
The format for this one will be total length with pools for 1)biggest smooth hound,2) biggest fish other than a hound and this week there will be £10 for the most fish carded and the minimum size limit will be 23cm.
The main target for this one will be the hound's but dabs,the odd whiting,bass, ray's and eels have been caught there in the last week or so. Most baits will work with crab, prawns and squid at the top of the list for the hounds.
The forecast not looking too bad but as you know it can change quickly down there but as you know it can be a long walk so travel as light as possible.
Parking might be an issue I will try and get in the beach carpark for booking on so once you've parked up make your way to the beach carpark then when everyone is booked on we will all head off together.
