Conditions were perfect when we arrived on the beach,and hopes were high of a few silver bars

Time for a swift one before the action starts

Our Barry and Eddie had time for a smoke too.....their golden virginia must have been off,coz it smelt really funny

The beach was littered with alcoholics

Dave had his sensible head on

Paul had 2 rods out,but could`nt get anything bar dogs

Same script for Lee

John Con had fished it from low water,but only managed a flounder to go with his dogs

It was more like a fish n meet,as more lads from the site turned up,but no bass were to be seen
When the fishing`s poor,light a fire

The problem with love triangles,is that someone always gets jealous,and that`s when the violence breaks out

LOL travelled as light as poss,so he only brought hot dogs,chicken soup and an all day breakfast

The day was pretty disappointing,as very few crabs were showing at Caernarfon,and the fishing was very poor ...there`s always next time

today in class we will learn do's and dont's about fire lighting:
tip 1) dont try and light a fire using a scaffold plank

tip 2) do try and light a fire using small dry sticks or (kinderling) as it's known in the bush, the smaller the better

tip 3) when kinderling is alight then add more substantial kinderling

tip 4) when fire has taken hold add scaffold plank

tip 5) enjoy

Oh well two trips to Dinus and both a bit of a letdown. Blown off and lost the first time. Bassless and totally knackered the second time but not lost thanks to our lttle welsh wizzards. I think I'l fish next to my car next time.
We even saw a Bass caught [or Lol did] close to the car park.
I caught four from "The Battersea Dogs Home"... But and its a big BUT I think I had a Bass enquiry as the rod tip had a mad moment. far too much action for a doggy.
