Lingmere Fishery 2006-04-18

Post by feederman »

Started my session at Lingmere pleasure lake at around 12:00pm.
Weather was so good the lad next to me just wear a T-shirt!

Sport was good all day, managed 5 tenchs to 5lb

50+ carps but may be 40 of them were ROACH SIZE carps. Only 5 were more than 2lbs and the biggest is around 5lb.
Image

managed 2 crucians and some nice skimmers as well.

Today I caught 2 new species, one lad in maggot drowning said this is a copper carp.

Another one is a beautiful golden tench!

A bit bored without Mathew as no one can compete with me.
