Both rods with 2 hook 1/0 flappers which were cast out about 70 yards.
Caught this slippery customer about an hour before HW.It took the bottom hookbait and well and truly swallowed the hook.Hard enough keeping hold of the fish nevermind unhooking,so I simply cut the line as close as I could and threw him back.
Only an eel but it saved me from blanking.Much more pleased though with the pumping as I think I getting the hang of it now.
