wishbone knot

bought a mustad wishbone rig and instead of it being like the sliding wishbone rig there was a knot rather than a swivel joining the hooklength but i snapped of a hook and i don't know what knot to use to re make the whole lot :? :?

no lee he got them from the gynocholgyplomb ward his wife keeps them in her handbag to remind her of the good old days :lol: :lol:
do you need a scaffold i can supply and erect tube and fitting/mobile fixed pasma scaffolds
