Walton Hall Park 2007-04-11

Post by feederman »

Spent a few hours at Walton Park today, weather was like a bright summer day with a little breeze, fish were topping in the water enjoying the sun.

Today I didn't bring the pole, just concentrate on the feeder, bait were catmeat and bacon grill cocktail, and catmeat paste wrapped around small boilie.

Fishing was best I have had in local parks, caught five carps, one 8lb, three 7lb and one 4lb so managed over 30lb of fish, happy day!

its just that the places i've been to that allow you to use keep nets which stay open during the closed season, (which is most places now) don't allow you to use a keep net during this time.
i was just curious

there is no close season or lakes and canals nowadays, unless the controlling club has specific rules pertaining to this
